Technology Support Pathway
The Information Support and Services pathway , is one of the four pillars within the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) California Career Technical Education (CTE) model. This pathway will introduce students to the foundational concepts of Informational Technology (IT), computer networking across systems, computer services and software, technical trouble shooting and information and communication administration. The Information Support and Services courses are intended for students that have never considered a career in Information and Communication Technologies as well as those that are already actively interested.

CIS-71: IT Essentials - One Year
CIS-103: Technical Support as a Profession - One Semester
CIS-194: Microsoft Windows Client Administration - One Semester
Internship Program - One Semester

We encourage all students with an interest in computer systems administration and technical support to participate in our Information Support and Services Pathway, either to prepare for a career in Tech, or to simply expand their expertise.
